These terms govern access to Jet IT Solutionz software, deployment, maintenance and related IT services.
Jet IT Solutionz provides software development, deployment, managed IT and related technology services. We are not an investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and we do not promise investment returns.
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing and support may be defined in a quotation, proposal, invoice, service order or written communication accepted by the client. Activation, access to the software, commencement of setup or payment may constitute acceptance of the agreed scope and these terms.
The client remains responsible for account credentials, broker permissions, trading decisions, strategy selection, configuration and supervision of automated activity. Users are advised to validate the software in paper trading or controlled conditions before live use.
Service/setup fees and applicable maintenance charges must be paid as agreed. Monthly maintenance is payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment may result in suspension of support, hosting, software access or connected services until dues are cleared.
Due to the customized nature of setup, configuration, deployment and digital service delivery, fees become non-refundable once software access is activated, setup work has commenced, credentials have been provisioned or a digital deliverable has been supplied, subject to applicable law.
Unless expressly assigned in writing, source code, reusable modules, software architecture, templates, proprietary implementation methods and internal logic remain the intellectual property of Jet IT Solutionz or its licensors. Clients may not resell, redistribute, decompile or provide unauthorized access to proprietary software.
Broker APIs, exchanges, cloud vendors, payment gateways, data providers and other third parties operate independently. Their availability, pricing, terms, security requirements and outages are outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jet IT Solutionz is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, market losses, third-party failures, downtime or indirect/consequential losses arising from use of the software or external services.
Access may be suspended for non-payment, misuse, security risk, unauthorized redistribution, abuse of infrastructure or breach of agreed terms.
Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual discussion. Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes and legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
